I’m 33 years old and currently living in sunny San Diego. Originally from the East Coast, I made the move to escape the cold and fully embrace my love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. Since then, my life has transformed in all the best ways. I don’t own a car—I walk everywhere, which keeps me connected and grounded to the beauty of nature. Each week, I shop at the local farmers market, filling my days with fresh ingredients and the joy of cooking, a passion I’ve rediscovered. I’ve also become a personal trainer, dedicating myself to helping others live healthier, more active lives. Being outside and staying active is a daily ritual for me, whether it’s walking, exercising, or simply enjoying the fresh air. My mornings are grounded in reflection, as I’ve made journaling an essential part of my routine. This practice, along with my love for the basics—movement, good food, and connection—has allowed me to truly embrace who I am and find joy in life’s simplest pleasures.
