I am a mama of an almost 2-year-old adorable daughter and wife to the best husband on the planet, with another little one on the way. Sounds cliche, I know! So here’s what’s unique about me: I am obsessed with healthy living but not in the way that most people are. I don’t eat salads on a daily basis; instead, I enjoy pasture-raised meats! I spend extra time at the grocery store reading every ingredient on the labels of my food. I focus on micronutrients and view macronutrients as a source of energy rather than calories. I rave about raw milk. My baby’s sensory activities consist of playing outside while barefoot. All of this, while enjoying getting my nails done at my favorite salon.
