I'm Shaun Flores, a young creative seeking to change the world one day at a time. Indeed, my focus on mental health, well-being, lifestyle, and skincare aims to influence the world positively. Diagnosed with "Pure O" OCD at 27, I've candidly shared my experiences with OCD in various publications and work with OCD charities to raise awareness and dispel myths about mental health, especially in the black community. I'm also a public speaker, presenter, and freelance journalist, with four TEDx Talks under my belt, and I have hosted Papa John's global music gig and partnered with NME magazine. I've been featured in many magazines, and I've graced the pages of Vogue Italia, 7 Hues Magazine, Picton Magazine, and Model Magazine, walked at London Fashion Week, and worked with brands like ASOS, Papa John, Uber, John Lewis, and Peloton throughout my career.
