Iβm dedicated to not only coaching and imparting fitness lifestyle education to clients but I live and breath it! When you are truly invested in the fitness lifestyle, working with brands who are aligned is easy and organic. Aside from being an online fitness coach, I am a Physical Education Teacher for 7-12 grade students. I have a wife, 16.5 year old son and two boxer dogs. We currently reside in San Jose, CA with plans to relocate back to Southern California (San Diego) in July 2024. I was a 3 sport athlete in High School competing in football, basketball and baseball. I attained my bachelorβs degree in Sport Management from California University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Teaching Physical Education from Manhattanville College. Additionally, I am certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM and am currently planning recertification of my NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential.
