We did not receive invoice from this content creator as she claims. There's no email trail, or record of email communication. Otherwise she would have been aware that we were closed for the Christmas break. The reel was also not published. Creator also itemised in her invoice items that were not agreed upon for payments. However, we will still honour and process payment.
