Malika failed to create a single piece of content after 44 days. Her replies were extremely delayed. She constantly said "content would be done" but was unable to complete the collaboration. We sent her over $100 worth of products and once she received, she claimed she was not comfortable using the products. We were understanding and asked for a simple talking style UGC video (instead of the contracted two videos showing application of the product that would be posted on her page) and still was unable to do so. It was extremely frustrating as the small business we are, invested time and money into her and had zero results. Save yourself the time and frustration and work with a different creator.
