I am an almost 40, Mum to an 18 month old navigating the pathways of being a first time mum! I have a huge passion for cooking, which I have applied to creating healthy meals for me and my family. I am a huge kitchen gadget fan, so always trying out new ways of cooking, eating and having fun in the kitchen! Day to day life I am a stay at home Mum, so spend the days creating activities to keep myself and my little one sane - and having fun with our dog Enzo. We live with my husband in Surrey, and love to spend as much of our downtime off adventuring down to the coast or on foodie adventures. I love a bit of downtime, to relax watch TV and have some self care time - however not always something I can get away with!
