We began collaborating with Kylie in June. Unfortunately, after she received our product, she became unresponsive despite our repeated follow-ups. This lack of communication left us hanging and significantly hampered our campaign. While we understand that personal matters can arise, this level of unresponsiveness was unprofessional and disappointing.
