I’m Keara Cole a mom of three, wife, entrepreneur, and fitness enthusiast from Charlotte, NC. After surviving postpartum preeclampsia, I chose to transform my life through fitness and healthier living. Balancing family, work, and school hasn’t been easy, but I’ve stayed committed to my goals.
