HI! I am Jessica, a passionate outgoing 25 year old based in a small town in Western Australia! I grew up in a smalls country town before moving closer to the city to find work when I was 19. Currently, I am employed as a Disability Support Worker - something I've wanted to do forever and that I'm finding so rewarding! I live with my lovely partner, and together we rent and have a little pup! A typical week to me involves meal prep, and a lot of recipe creating! I love promoting a balanced lifestyle, so sharing recipes as well as my weekly foodie outings is a big part of my platform! I get to the gym at least 5 days and try my best to record my sessions to share with my following. Strength training has becoming a major part of my life these past 2 years and the gym has become my second home. I have experience a MAJOR transformation in both my physical appearance and mental state since switching up my lifestyle and this is something I really want to share to inspire others.
