My name is Yasmin, and I’m the owner of the Simplify Aesthetic brand. I signed up with Social Cat to find reliable influencers to help promote our products, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with some fantastic individuals so far. However, I’m reaching out regarding an issue with an influencer named Brooke Sickmiller. I sent her a $56.95 proofing basket set after she agreed to create a video post for our brand. Since receiving the product, Brooke has not followed through with the content creation. She hasn’t responded to any of our follow-up messages, emails, Instagram DMs, or Social Cat messages. We know she received the product, as she has been active on her social channels. This lack of communication is concerning and feels unprofessional, especially given her agreement to the collaboration. I’d appreciate if you could reach out to her on our behalf and ask her to either post the agreed-upon video or arrange for the return of the product to our address.
