Based in the UK and I love using my Instagram platform to share my life and when I say that I mean the good parts and the bad parts too there Is no 'insta perfect' here! As my Instagram sums me up a little bit of wellness, dash of home stuff, a pinch of cooking, a heap of dogs and a pint of honesty. Body positivity and real bodies is a huge factor in my account and I love celebrating women as we are in our true form. Mental health and grief has a big part to play in my story including my son Felix who passed away. My ability to connect with others in grief and find ways to heal is priceless and the part of the internet I adore.
