I am really disappointed because I thought that Nathaly was going to be a great creator. However, in the end, it was a nightmare. She was slow to respond to emails and she didn't hold up her side of the agreement. When I first contacted her, she stated that she would have the content ready to give to me within 7 to 10 days from receipt of the product. But in fact, it took a month and a half to get the content, which made it too late to use for my Christmas marketing (it was a Christmas graphic tee). She never told me up front that she only does content on certain days of the week. It wasn't until I had Social Cat get involved that she said anything about this. She also used the excuse that her phone, which contained the content, was stolen but that she'd get the new content recorded and sent to me that weekend. It never happened! It took another 2 to 3 weeks to finally get it! Again, I am really disappointed.
