Ran into several issues in the process, which was frustrating. Content was delayed quite a bit (she did not meet deadlines) and she wasn't very responsive. The content was okay.

She showed a picture of our product with many other products in a story (which lasts for 24 hours). And did an unboxing with our products with MANY other product unboxing with no information or points about our products. Did not fulfill the agreed contract of creating a reel and mentioning key points about the product. I was very disappointed after following up regarding the progress of the reel. Spent the cost of the product Plus shipping - for no return.
