Unfortunately, despite our intention to focus on this innovative offering, the response we received was unexpected.The feedback was not just about personal color preferences; it was about the flexibility and openness to explore our product range, which we felt was lacking. Expressing a preference is one thing, but to claim there was nothing suitable for use, experimentation, or creative expression among a carefully curated selection was disheartening. This approach not only overlooks the potential of our Thermal Blush but also doesn't align with the collaborative spirit we seek in partnerships.As someone deeply rooted in the beauty industry, both as a celebrity makeup artist and a brand founder, I believe in the value of professional conduct and mutual respect.
