I’m a 42 year old mother of 2 boys, I’m also a fur baby mum! Im married to my best friend and I run 2 businesses, one being a yoga teacher and the other a barbershop. I’ve lived my life to the fullest, I’ve partied hard but also worked hard! I’ve not always been into yoga I started in my 30’s but I strongly believe you are never too old to try something new, I’m currently learning to handstand! I love all things that are good for us, I now love to take care of my wellbeing and I’m the happiest I’ve ever been in my life.
